Order Cancellation
Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, it cannot be canceled as our kitchen starts preparing your food immediately.
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our support team within 5 minutes of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Mumericabites.com reserves the right to cancel any order due to unavailability of items, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
The order was canceled by Mumericabites.com due to unavailability or technical issues.
You were charged but did not receive the order.
The delivered order was incorrect or undelivered due to our fault.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method (via Razorpay or your payment provider).
Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion depending on the circumstances.
